Mealtime, bedtime, getting out the door. A few minutes are enough, and videos you already have on your phone are fine.
I review it closely
I look for the pattern behind the hard moment: what happened right before, what your child might be telling you, and what already helps.
You get a clear plan
Written, practical steps for your home and your daily routines, made for your child. Read it whenever you have a minute.

Who sees the videos?
Only me. I don't share them with anyone, I never post them, and I never use them for marketing or training.
How do I send them?
Through a private upload page that only you get the link to. No email attachments, no social media.
Where are they stored?
In protected, private storage in the US. They're never public, and only I can open them.
When are they deleted?
Automatically 30 days after you receive your written plan. You can ask me to delete them sooner at any time, and I will.
Do I have to film anything new?
No. Videos you already have are fine. Please only send moments you're comfortable sharing.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. You can start whenever you're wondering.
Meet your coach
Hi, I'm Nancy.
I'm a mother of five in a blended family where autism is simply part of everyday life. My own children's autism went unrecognized for years, so I know how long and lonely the time before answers can feel.
I'm currently completing my bachelor's degree in psychology. I hold IHK-certified credentials in systemic coaching and in systemic family and parent coaching (the IHK is Germany's Chamber of Commerce and Industry), and I've completed professional development in autism with Reframing Autism. I also trained as an emergency medical technician and in occupational therapy in Germany.
But honestly, what qualifies me most is having lived exactly what you're living now.
