Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 21, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities. Many parents who visit us live with disabilities themselves, so this matters to us.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- All text has strong color contrast against its background.
- The text is large, and you can zoom the page up to 400% without losing content.
- You can use the whole website with a keyboard. A "Skip to main content" link appears when you press Tab, and you can always see which element is selected.
- Form fields have clear labels. Error messages explain what to fix and are read aloud by screen readers.
- Images have text descriptions. Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
- Nothing on the page moves, flashes, or plays sound. Questions and answers only open when you choose to open them.
- Buttons and links are large enough to tap easily.
Known limitations
The emails we send and the free Behavior Decoder worksheet are created with outside tools. We work to make them accessible as well. If something does not work for you, we are happy to send you the content in another format.
